Excellent Location and Comfortable Rooms
During my recent stay at Adina Serviced Apartments in Canberra, I was delighted by the excellent location and the comfort of the rooms. The apartments are centrally located, making it easy to explore the city's attractions, shops, and cafes. I particularly enjoyed the proximity to Manuka Oval and the opportunity for early morning walks through the charming surrounding suburbs.

Comfortable clean rooms with excellent daily serviced rooms, so you would come back after a day out to a tidy room with the beds all made and clean towels and the rubbish emptied and dishes done!! Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
It didn't have a dvd player with the room, you had to hire one out and they were all hired out already.

It was convenient to where we needed to go. Polite and helpful staff. Very pretty gardens.
Because of the courtyard set-up it was a little bit noisy but we were on holiday so it didn't really matter. The bathroom was quite tired and although generally clean, it has some old worn-in dirt that made it look not very clean.

The hotel is conveniently located, being near a football field and many local restaurants in Kingston. It is also close to a Coles supermarket in Griffith, making it easy for guests to get groceries. The apartments are spacious, well laid out, and have modern appliances. The gardens are lovely, and there are two inviting pools to take a dip in. The staff are friendly and professional, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The lounge/kitchenette area could be a bit dark, and some minor cleaning projects were needed.

The traditional layout and feeling of the building was well received. The outside area was tidy and well decorated. In short, it was very cosy. Additionally, the hotel was in a very handy location, being near Parliament House as well as other iconic locations.
The cleanliness of the shower was very poor. There was mould growing on the walls. It clearly had not been cleaned properly prior to check in.

The setting was absolutely beautiful, the apartment had everything for our convenience and the location was ideal for our purposes. Small touches like the outdoor courtyard were much appreciated. Staff were most friendly and helpful and even provided an umbrella when it rained unexpectedly.
The breakfast choices were poor value for money and had nothing for anyone with gluten intollerance. Pillow choices would be good too.

This hotel was a great find for us! the value for money was excellent, with prices that didn't break the bank. Secondly, the location was ideal, with beautiful gardens surrounding the property. We were also pleased to find good restaurants just a short walk down the road. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with a kitchen that had everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and we couldn't fault it in any way.

Location was good. Check in was easy. Parking was convenient and free.
Crockery was dirty. No block out curtain on living area window facing road. Poor privacy concern. For cost, should be free wi fi at least. Expensive at full rate for what you get.

Jason
This hotel is a great value for money stay. The attention to detail and the basic amenities provided are perfect, especially for those traveling with young families. It is located in a convenient area with beautiful gardens nearby and good restaurants just a short walk down the road. The staff are friendly and the rooms are well-maintained with nice amenities. Breakfast is also a wonderful addition.
All in all, there was nothing negative to speak of during our stay. Everything was just perfect!
